Cancellation Policy
All deposits are Non-Refundable! Cancellations or Reschedules within 24 hours or No Call/No Show will result in a charge equivalent to the full service. A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals; however, after this period, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. If possible, I may still accommodate you, but a late fee of $35 will be applied. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
